What the critical reviews changed
Not every review is a good one, and the useful ones rarely are. The complaint that stuck with us was from someone who felt they should have been able to watch their property being handled.
We cannot let customers into the warehouse — that is an insurance and security rule, not a preference. What we could change was the amount of mystery around it. So now we ask permission before anything leaves your sight, we say exactly where it is going and how long it will take, and we show you the results and the reasoning when it comes back.
That is why the how it works page describes the bench step in as much detail as it does. It exists because of a one-star review.
Why there is no rating widget on this site
Plenty of sites put a star rating into their page code so search engines display it. When a business writes its own rating into its own markup, that is a claim about itself that nobody can check — so we leave it out and link you to the source instead.
